Every year, our South Forsyth High School Performing Arts students have the exciting opportunity to attend ThesCon, Georgia’s annual Thespian Conference hosted by the Georgia Thespians chapter of the Educational Theatre Association. Held in Columbus, Georgia, this three-day event brings together thousands of theatre students, educators, and professionals from across the state for a celebration of performance, creativity, and community.
ThesCon is one of the largest high school theatre conferences in the country. It offers workshops led by industry professionals, college auditions and scholarship opportunities, adjudicated performances, tech challenges, main stage productions, and a vibrant network of students who share a love for the performing arts.
ThesCon is open to inducted members of Troupe 5362 in good standing and active in our program. Space is limited, so selection is based on interest, involvement, and readiness to represent us proudly.
At ThesCon, students grow as artists and leaders through workshops, performances, and technical innovations. It’s an inspiring experience that builds confidence on and off the stage.
Visit Georgia Thespians Website for conference details or reach out to our Troupe Director for information on costs, deadlines, and how to prepare for this unforgettable experience!
