The International Thespian Society (ITS) is the honor society for high school theatre students, celebrating dedication, achievement, and leadership in the performing arts. At South Forsyth High School, we are proud to be home to Troupe 5362, where students earn recognition for their contributions both on stage and behind the scenes.
ITS members are inducted based on a point system that rewards participation in theatre productions, technical work, leadership roles, and service. Membership is a mark of distinction, representing not only talent, but also commitment, discipline, and a deep love for the art of theatre.
Induction Ceremony occurs during our Performing Arts Banquet which takes place at the end of the year. All performing arts students who are in good standing and who have completed 10 points are eligible to be inducted. Each point is equivalent to 10 hours of excellent work.
